We use your contact details, business details, project location, wall dimensions, photographs, artwork and messages to respond to quotation enquiries and prepare requested designs. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and legitimate interests in handling business enquiries. We do not add you to marketing lists without separate consent.
We use Cloudflare to store files privately and an email delivery provider to send notifications and confirmations. Uploaded artwork is not published publicly. Only authorised staff should access submissions.
